A little about me, I was born and raised in Windsor, ON, and obtained my Masters in Business Administration in Midland MI at Northwood University. I gained much experience since graduating, from working for almost 4 years at the family business in Windsor, ON at an automotive aftermarket warehousing company called Cross Canada, which was then acquired by LKQ Corporation; to then studying to become a Realtor and moving to Toronto, where I spent a year learning and mentoring under top producers at RE/MAX West Realty. Upon moving back to Windsor, I wanted to take on my next challenge, which was to finally start investing in real estate. To do this, I started working with real estate investors, helping them buy and sell properties for about a year, learning how to invest in real estate from them, before finally taking the plunge and buying a fixer upper for 48K in 2013. Over the next 11 months, I purchased another 14 properties, which resulted in me being awarded the 2015 CREW Magazine Investor of the Year. Now, just over 10 years later, I’ve bought and sold over 30 properties personally, and still currently own over a 30 doors, using various real estate investing strategies over the years, and owning almost every type of property as well, from Single Family Homes, to Condos, to Duplexes, to Sixplexes, to Triple Net Commercial Properties, to Mixed Use Properties ranging in size from 5 units up to 20. You name the real estate property type, and I’ve owned it!
